Job Summary
We’re looking for a talented Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the field and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 USD per month and are open to considering foreign applicants.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook meals for customers, following recipes and standards set by the restaurant.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared in an appetizing manner.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean, maintained properly, and safely stored after use.
• Order supplies as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels in the kitchen.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff members, ensuring that they are following safety guidelines and complying with regulations.
• Assist with menu design, development, and implementation of new dishes as needed.
• Taste test all prepared dishes to ensure they meet quality standards before being served to customers.
• Train cooks in proper preparation techniques for all menu items.
• Ensure compliance with health code regulations throughout all stages of food preparation and service.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting
• Proven experience creating innovative dishes using fresh ingredients
• Thorough understanding of health codes related to food handling and storage
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Ability to work quickly under pressure during peak meal periods
