We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser for our business in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1800. We are open to consider immigrants for this position.
The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both colleagues and customers. They should be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in the retail industry is highly valued but not essential.
The main responsibility of the Merchandiser would be to implement strategies that help maximize sales opportunities and ensure profitability for our business. This includes regularly analyzing customer buying patterns, keeping abreast of industry trends, and managing stock levels across multiple stores. The Merchandiser will also be expected to develop relationships with store managers in order to boost overall sales performance, as well as plan promotional activities across stores in coordination with the marketing team.
In order to succeed in this role, we require the applicant has a degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent professional experience; at least 5 years of experience in merchandising; strong analytical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; excellent interpersonal skills; problem-solving attitude; results-driven mindset; and proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
