Office Manager
Job Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED

Needs for the Candidate:
• Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable role in an office environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make decisions independently.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office including but not limited to office supplies, staff support services, maintaining equipment, organizing meetings and events.
• Provide administrative support to the executive team including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently by coordinating tasks among staff members.
• Monitor performance of staff members and provide feedback when necessary.
• Handle incoming calls, emails inquiries from customers and respond appropriately.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations effectively. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. • Proven track record of problem-solving abilities with creative solutions.
