Office Manager
Job Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED

Needs for the Candidate:
β’ Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable role in an office environment
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
β’ Must be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
β’ Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make decisions independently.
β’ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage day-to-day operations of the office including but not limited to office supplies, staff support services, maintaining equipment, organizing meetings and events.
β’ Provide administrative support to the executive team including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
β’ Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently by coordinating tasks among staff members.
β’ Monitor performance of staff members and provide feedback when necessary.
β’ Handle incoming calls, emails inquiries from customers and respond appropriately.
Skills:
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations effectively. β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. β’ Proven track record of problem-solving abilities with creative solutions.
