Job Description:
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business and ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training staff, monitoring their performance, and providing feedback.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to business operations.
• Fluency in English language is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
