HR Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400 AED per month. We are open to considering applicants from outside of the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, administering employee benefits and payroll, providing advice and guidance on all areas of HR, and coordinating employee training and development. You will also be required to monitor staff performance, ensure compliance with all labor laws, and provide support to employees on any HR related issues.

To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of labor laws, and experience in human resources management or related fields. You should also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. Knowledge of local labor laws is preferable but not essential as training can be provided.
