HR manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300. We welcome applications from immigrants who are eligible to work in the UAE.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to our HR team, including recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring. They will develop and implement innovative HR strategies that help us achieve our goals and objectives. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring a fair and equitable workplace by creating policies that promote strong employee relations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate excellent people management abilities. They must have knowledge of current labor laws as well as experience with payroll administration, recruiting processes, benefit plans, performance management systems, and other Human Resources functions. A degree in Human Resources Management is preferred but not essential for this role.
