HR Manager, Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1100 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing proactive and strategic HR support to the organization and its employees. We are open to considering immigrants for the role.

Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties which include but are not limited to:
• Managing recruitment processes from start to finish;
• Developing job descriptions and employee contracts;
• Organising staff training programmes;
• Conducting performance reviews;
• Developing internal policies;
• Implementing new systems and procedures;
• Providing advice on employee relations matters;
• Assisting in disciplinary hearings;
• Liaising with external organisations such as unions or government agencies.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Human Resources role
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field • Excellent knowledge of local labour laws and regulations • Proven track record in developing staff policies and procedures • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal • Proficiency using common HR software packages
