Security Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the safety and security of the organisation, its premises, personnel and assets.

This position offers a competitive salary of 900 AED per month and is open to both local and foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and maintain security policies, systems and procedures
• Supervise the security staff to ensure that all security policies and systems are adhered to
• Provide regular training to personnel on security procedures
• Monitor access control systems such as CCTV, alarms etc.
• Handle complaints from employees or visitors regarding safety or security issues
• Investigate incidents related to safety or security breaches
• Manage crisis situations in line with established protocols
• Prepare reports of activities for senior management review

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in safety/security management or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of Security Management or related field
• Proven track record in developing effective security strategies and risk mitigation plans
• Knowledge of local laws, regulations and best practices related to safety & security
