Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role will involve sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and onboarding new hires. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the local market and a proven ability to identify top talent. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position and salary is 1100 AED per month.

Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment
• Confidence in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of the local market and labor laws
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to form strong working relationships with internal departments
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
