Kindergarten Teacher Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching pre-school children aged 3 to 5 in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of all students
• Develop an understanding of each student's individual needs, interests, skills, and abilities
• Assess student learning progress on a regular basis
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider school community
• Promote a positive learning environment that is stimulating and engaging
• Provide guidance to students on how to develop appropriate behavior in the classroom
• Work with other teachers to plan collaborative projects
• Implement effective classroom management strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten setting preferably in UAE or abroad
• Knowledge of the UAE curriculum is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students

Salary: AED 1100 per month. We are ready to consider foreign applicants.
