The Housekeeping Manager will manage all aspects of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of success in managing a housekeeping department. Responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures;
• Ensuring that hotel standards are met;
• Scheduling staff;
• Monitoring performance;
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations; and
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
