We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This individual must have a good understanding of the construction industry and be capable of managing multiple projects at the same time. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1700 and we are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from start to finish. This includes managing workers, subcontractors, supplies, materials, and equipment; developing project plans and schedules; negotiating contracts with vendors; producing cost estimates; monitoring project progress; ensuring adherence to safety standards; and ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and within budget. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with local government agencies in order to obtain necessary permits and inspections as needed.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and budgeting skills. In addition, they should have a good understanding of relevant regulations as well as knowledge of industry best practices.
