The Supervisor will be reporting directly to the Executive Director and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. The primary responsibilities include managing staff, developing operational policies and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, monitoring performance metrics and productivity, as well as monitoring expenditures and budgeting. Additionally, the Supervisor will be required to carry out other delegated tasks as instructed by the Executive Director.

To qualify for this position the candidate must have minimal work experience in a related field, an ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills, strong problem solving skills, good communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal skills. The successful applicant should also have a valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation as travel may be required occasionally.
