The main job duties and responsibilities of our Land Surveyor will include performing research on legal documents related to land surveys, managing survey projects from conception to completion, preparing detailed reports on survey results, verifying accuracy of survey data using specialized instruments such as GPS systems, creating accurate maps and diagrams based on collected data, consulting with clients and other stakeholders about survey results, and managing personnel assigned to projects.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Geography or a related field plus at least 5 years of experience in land surveying or a related field. They must also be detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Additionally they should have experience with advanced technology such as GPS systems and knowledge of applicable regulations pertaining to land surveys. We are willing to consider foreign candidates for this position.
