Job Description:
The Business Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote company growth, as well as overseeing daily business operations and managing staff. They will identify areas of improvement and develop plans to enhance efficiency and profitability. The Business Manager will also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, develop effective relationships with customers, vendors, and staff, manage budgets, maintain accurate records, analyze data, create reports, and recommend solutions to any issues that arise.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
-At least 1 year of relevant experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Knowledge of business principles and practices
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
