Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1800 QAR per month

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must be able to drive sales and marketing activities to increase revenue. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• Create sales presentations and other materials as needed.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, customer preferences, etc., to develop new strategies and tactics for better results.
• Analyze customer feedback and identify areas of improvement.
• Establish productive relationships with customers and partners.
• Train new employees on sales processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Report to the Director of Sales on progress made towards achieving targets.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required; experience in lieu of education will be considered • At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques such as digital/social media is preferred • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams • Energetic attitude, creative mindset, customer-focused approach • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
