We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful applicant should have at least two years’ experience in a similar role. They must have a strong understanding of the relevant policies and procedures and be able to motivate and lead their team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring staff performance, ensuring that work is completed correctly, providing feedback and guidance, managing customer complaints, resolving conflicts, scheduling shifts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They should also be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to think on their feet.
