The successful applicant will have 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, as well as experience working in the hospitality industry.

The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating staff, overseeing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing budgets. This includes providing guidance to staff members, delegating tasks, training new employees, monitoring workflow and performance metrics, and reporting to upper management. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality sector. They must be organized and able to work well under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with both customers and staff on a daily basis. They must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
