Cashier – Dubai

We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month and we are prepared to consider immigrants for the role.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service by accurately processing payments, operating the cash register and making sure that customers are satisfied with their purchase. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills and have experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards and checks.
• Operate the cash register, balance out the end of day totals and make sure all sales are accounted for.
• Greet customers when they arrive at the store and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available for sale.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns and exchanges.
• Adhere to all security protocols when handling payments or cash floats.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working as a Cashier in retail or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (Arabic language is an advantage).
