Restaurant Manager - Dubai
Salary: 1700 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers, and ensuring that all food and beverage standards are met. You will be in charge of recruiting, training, and managing all restaurant staff while ensuring that customer satisfaction is a priority.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Develop menus according to customer preferences and dietary requirements.
• Ensure that food presentation meets quality standards.
• Monitor ordering patterns to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Create systems and processes to ensure smooth running of the restaurant.
• Recruit, train, motivate, manage and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Maintain high standards of service and hospitality in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop strategies to maintain customer loyalty programs.
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and timely.
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager preferably from within the UAE is required; we are also open to candidates with no experience but demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with customers as well as employees at all levels within the organization is essential for this role. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment with strong problem solving skills is necessary for success in this position. • Must possess excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
