Job Duties:
The main responsibility of the Manager is to lead our team in achieving company goals. This includes developing strategies, setting objectives, tracking performance, providing feedback, and managing day-to-day operations. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff development, recruiting new employees, budgeting, analyzing data, building relationships with customers/clients and vendors/suppliers. The Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
