We are looking for a motivated and experienced Java Developer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining applications using the Java programming language. You will work closely with our other developers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical ability, and sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. No experience is required for this position, however, we are looking for someone who has a passion for programming and a desire to learn new technologies.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Develop software solutions by studying requirements analysis; conferring with stakeholders; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of applications
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
• Research new technologies as they become available in order to stay up-to-date on current trends in software development.
• Write well designed, testable code by using best software development practices.
• Participate in daily standups with other developers to discuss progress on current projects.
