Responsibilities:
• Conduct chemical tests on substances in order to identify their properties and composition
• Research new chemicals and decide on appropriate methods of testing them
• Perform laboratory experiments in order to investigate the properties of various substances
• Maintain accurate records of each experiment and analyze results
• Make recommendations based on research findings
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while working in the laboratory

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related field
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of basic chemical principles like stoichiometry and thermodynamics
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
