Job Title: Fitter
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1200KWD

We are looking for a highly experienced Fitter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment is in working order and performing correctly. This position requires a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and competencies:
• At least 3 years of experience in fitting and/or machinery maintenance;
• A thorough understanding of mechanical engineering principles;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities;
• A valid driver’s license.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred but not required.

The main duties of this position include but are not limited to:
• Installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing all machinery and equipment;
• Diagnosing problems with machinery and equipment;
• Identifying the parts needed for repair or replacement;
• Documenting work performed on each machine/equipment;
• Adhering to safety protocols at all times.

The ideal candidate should be reliable, energetic, organized, able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
