Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our office.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and think proactively. The Office Assistant must be reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to staff and management
• Greet visitors and welcome them in a friendly manner
• Assist with the coordination of meetings
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain office supplies inventory
• Coordinate office activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under minimal supervision
