Dental Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in dentistry and be willing to learn new skills. This position will require you to provide patient care and assistance services to a busy dental practice. You must be comfortable working directly with patients and be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:
• Assist Dentists in performing various dental procedures
• Maintain patient records
• Assist in taking digital X-rays
• Prepare treatment rooms before appointments
• Prepare materials for use by dental staff during procedures
• Sterilize instruments prior to use
• Provide support services such as filing, organizing and cleaning of equipment, etc.
• Provide support services such as scheduling, filing, organizing and cleaning of equipment, etc.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification from an accredited dental assistant program preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant (or similar) is preferred but not required (immigrant candidates welcome)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, other staff members and outside vendors

Salary: 1200 AED per month
