We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, as well as the ability to lead and motivate kitchen teams.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and creating menus, managing the kitchen staff, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen, overseeing food ordering supplies, and developing relationships with suppliers. The Executive Chef should also be able to assess performance of kitchen staff, assist in budgeting, forecasting and evaluating costs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef who wants to make an impact in a busy hotel environment. The successful candidate must possess excellent culinary skills with experience of working in a similar role. The ability to stay organized under pressure is essential; as is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Knowledge of food trends, cost controls and quality standards is also required.
