Executive Chef - 1400 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have a passion for cooking, a creative approach to menu-design and a drive to achieve excellence.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating innovative menus, preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:
• Develop creative menus that reflect the restaurant’s brand and identity
• Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and guidelines
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure that they adhere to safety regulations
• Monitor food supplies and order items as required
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations
• Respond promptly to customer complaints or special requests

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an executive chef or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, equipment, recipes and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong leadership abilities
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
