Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working as a Sommelier. You must have a deep knowledge and understanding of wines from around the world, as well as their corresponding food pairings. Your primary responsibility will be to provide superior service to our customers by offering advice on wine selections and food pairings. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all wines in our inventory are stored properly, and that our wine lists are updated regularly. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of wines from around the world, including their corresponding food pairings
• Ability to create unique and creative wine lists for special occasions
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide excellent service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends if necessary
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
