The Al-Kuwait café is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, a high level of enthusiasm for coffee, and excellent communication skills.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks to our customers’ satisfaction. This includes grinding beans, brewing espresso and other specialty beverages, as well as transporting customer orders from the barista station to the customers. In addition, the Barista must be able to provide exceptional customer service - from assisting customers with their orders to answering questions about our menu items in a friendly, courteous manner.

The successful candidate must possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order preparation. They should be organized and efficient in order production while still maintaining quality standards. The Barista should also have knowledge of food sanitation procedures and regulations, as well as experience in cashier duties such as taking payments and providing change when necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 Kuwaiti Dinars per month for this role, with consideration given to foreign applicants with minimal work experience.
