Job Description:
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be friendly, outgoing, and passionate about making the perfect cup of coffee. No prior experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, mocha, lattes etc.
• Take customers' orders accurately and promptly
• Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment used for coffee preparation
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the workplace
• Maintain a clean work environment at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell additional products when appropriate

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to operate basic machinery such as espresso machines, grinders etc.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs.)
• Excellent customer service skills • Good communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Flexibility with scheduling - must be available nights & weekends upon request
