Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our Al-Kuwait team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing high-quality cuisine with exceptional taste and presentation. The Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, creating innovative dishes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Duties
-Develop recipes and menus according to customer preferences
-Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen
-Supervise kitchen staff and train new employees
-Source quality ingredients for recipes
-Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes
-Provide guidance to junior chefs on menu creation, food preparation, and presentation
-Monitor food stock levels and order supplies accordingly

Qualifications
-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting
-Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and health codes
-Strong understanding of modern cuisine techniques and ingredients
-Creative mindset with an eye for detail in presentation
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Salary: 1400 per month
