Salary: 1000 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional optometry services and advice to patients while ensuring that all necessary tests, treatments and procedures are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in optometry or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in the field of optometry
• Knowledge of modern optometric techniques and latest technology
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid license or certification from the relevant authorities
• Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
• Carry out comprehensive eye examinations including refraction assessment, prescribing corrective lenses, contact lens fitting and evaluation of ocular health conditions. • Provide advice on vision care, the use of contact lenses and general eye health. • Educate patients on proper eye care with regard to both lifestyle choices and safety precautions. • Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results and prescriptions. • Keep up-to-date with new developments in the field of optometry.
