We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This role offers a competitive salary of 1600. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, meeting agreed sales targets and objectives, as well as introducing new products and services to existing and potential customers. You will need to develop strategies and plans that identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing and promotional activities, work with the team on customer service initiatives, monitor customer preferences, analyze sales data and market trends. Additionally, you will be expected to build relationships with customers in order to increase sales volume.

To be successful in this role you must have a university degree or equivalent qualification in business or a related field, along with proven experience managing sales teams within the UAE. You must also have exceptional communication skills, an excellent understanding of the industry’s dynamics and trends, as well as strong problem-solving skills. If you have experience using CRM software that is highly desirable.
