Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing library collections, as well as providing reference services and programs to patrons.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a library setting, and should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Organize, catalogue, and classify library materials including books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, electronic resources, and other media
• Develop library policies on topics such as circulation services, security measures, public access to materials and records management
• Provide reference services to patrons by assisting them with locating materials or by providing information about library policies and procedures
• Assist patrons in using online library catalogs or other electronic resources
• Develop innovative programs for special audiences such as children or adults
• Create promotional materials including newsletters or advertising campaigns
• Update library records with new acquisitions or withdrawals of materials from the collection

Salary: 1000 AED/Month
