We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the entire kitchen staff, developing menus and overseeing food preparation and presentation. You must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as being able to manage complex tasks efficiently.

You must also have a good understanding of food safety regulations and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends. You will be expected to come up with creative ideas to improve the restaurant’s menu offerings, while keeping costs low. The successful candidate will be able to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.
