Barista Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a Barista to join our team here in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED to the right candidate. We are willing to consider applicants from immigrant backgrounds.

Job Description:
The Barista will be responsible for the efficient preparation and serving of quality coffee beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to all customers. The Barista will also be required to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene within the coffee shop.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and popular drinks
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to company recipes
• Ensure that all beverages are served at their optimal temperature
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift
• Keep up with current menu items, prices, ingredients, etc.
• Assist other staff members as needed
