Job Title: Freelance HR Specialist in Abu-Dhabi
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1700 AED/month
Immigrant Status: Willing to consider an immigrant for the role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced freelance HR specialist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and compliance. They will also be required to assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in an HR role, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and strong knowledge of UAE labor laws. They should also have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
