Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing all types of plumbing systems and fixtures including water supply lines, drainage systems, heating systems, water heaters and other related equipment. The position offers a salary of 1800 AED per month. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Duties

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures including water supply lines, drainage systems, heating systems, water heaters and other related equipment.
• Test pipelines for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
• Diagnose plumbing problems by studying diagrams, blueprints or instructions.
• Replace worn parts such as washers or valves in order to fix leaks or clogs.
• Assemble pipe sections using couplings, clamps, screws or bolts.
• Inspect work sites to determine the appropriate tools or materials needed for the job.
• Prepare cost estimates for clients prior to beginning work on a project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; technical certification in Plumbing is preferred but not mandatory
• Proven experience as a Plumber is necessary; minimal work experience may also be considered
• Ability to read diagrams/technical drawings is essential
• Good knowledge of safety procedures according to industry standards
• Excellent problem solving abilities
