Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1100 and is open to foreign applicants. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company and ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the company, including staff assignments, scheduling, budgeting, customer service, production control, inventory management, and reporting.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed correctly.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
• Establish goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met on time.
• Create reports on operational progress or any issues encountered.
• Deal with customer complaints or inquiries in a timely manner.
• Train new staff members on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
