Job Description: Supervisor
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED

We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the department, ensuring that all work is carried out effectively and efficiently. We are prepared to consider an immigrant for this position. No prior experience is necessary.

Requirements:
• Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations
• Strong communication skills with a customer service focus
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically
• Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
• Good understanding of safety regulations

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Supervise staff in the department, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing direction and coaching, evaluating job performance and disciplining as necessary
• Ensure that all staff provide excellent customer service at all times
• Monitor daily operations of the department to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Develop strategies for improving productivity, efficiency or quality of service
• Assess training needs of staff members within the department
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; maintain accurate records as required

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred • Proven track record of successfully managing teams • Knowledgeable about quality processes such as ISO 9001 or similar standards preferred
