Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Working with other departments to ensure effective recruitment processes
* Managing employee performance and development activities
* Monitoring employee attendance records and leave applications
* Reviewing job descriptions for accuracy
* Overseeing the payroll process
* Developing programs for staff engagement and motivation

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field
* Proven track record of success in human resources management
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Salary: 1000 AED per month (negotiable based on qualifications). We are ready to consider a foreigner.
