HR Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training and development. You will develop and maintain effective relationships with staff across all levels of the organization to ensure a positive working environment.

Requirements for Candidate:
• 2+ years of professional experience in human resources management
• Proven experience in HR strategy development and implementation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor legislation and employment laws
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (but not required)
