Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be expected to oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives, including guest satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Previous managerial experience is a must. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role. The salary for this position is 1600 AED/monthly.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and monitor operating standards in all areas of the restaurant
• Oversee restaurant operations including staff management, budgeting & cost control
• Ensure that all guests receive excellent customer service
• Monitor food quality and preparation and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Supervise staffing levels and scheduling of shifts
• Maintain inventory of food supplies, equipment, utensils and other items
• Train new staff on customer service standards, policies & procedures

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
• Outstanding organizational & time management skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
