Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management and have strong leadership skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position and the salary is set at 1300 AED per month.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations including food quality, customer service, staff management and financial performance. The successful candidate should be able to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while also ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Monitor food quality and customer service standards
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
• Analyze sales figures and create strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure effective budgeting and cost control procedures are in place
• Foster positive working relationships with suppliers
• Manage stock ordering processes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications in Business Management or related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (preferably with an immigrant background)
