We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a competitive salary of 1100 and willing to consider a foreigner for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff members, ensuring quality service delivery, and monitoring stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed. They must also ensure that the restaurant is kept clean and safe at all times. Other duties include handling customer complaints, creating work schedules, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the restaurant is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in managing restaurant operations, preferably in a high-end establishment. They should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask effectively, possess good problem solving abilities, and maintain a professional demeanor even when under pressure. Strong organizational skills are essential along with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. Knowledge of food safety regulations is also highly desirable.
