We are looking for an experienced and certified Phlebotomist to work in our medical facility located in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have the knowledge and skills to draw blood from patients, handle specimens, and record vital information. In addition, they must be able to ensure that all blood samples are collected and handled as per the established protocols and standards.

The ideal candidate should have a valid phlebotomy certification from a recognised institution or body with at least two years’ experience performing phlebotomy procedures. They must possess excellent communication skills to deal with patients courteously and professionally while delivering exceptional service. The applicant must also be detail-oriented, reliable, organised and have strong problem-solving skills.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting blood samples from patients following standard procedures; ensuring that all collected samples are labelled accurately; entering patient data into the system; ensuring that all medical equipment used is sterilised before use; maintaining accurate records related to patient care; informing patients about collection techniques before drawing blood; disposing of used needles safely; and maintaining a clean work area at all times.

This position requires someone who is willing to work full time on a salary of 1100 AED per month. We will consider foreign applicants for this role.
