This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Security Manager who can ensure that the safety and security of our premises, personnel, visitors, and property are maintained.

The successful candidate will have several years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate environment. The Security Manager will be responsible for the planning and implementation of all security systems, policies, procedures, and practices relating to the protection of our premises. This will involve designing appropriate access control systems, overseeing inspection activities, monitoring employee safety practices, ensuring that all security equipment is in good working order and carrying out regular tests to ensure the effectiveness of existing policies.

The Security Manager should possess excellent communication skills as they will need to liaise with outside organisations such as police forces or private security companies. They should also be able to remain calm under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must also demonstrate excellent leadership abilities as they will be in charge of managing a team of security personnel on site.

The salary for this position is 1200 per month plus additional benefits such as housing allowance and medical insurance. We are open to considering candidates from abroad for this role so long as they have the right skillset and experience for the job.
