Job Title: Security Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the security operations of the organization and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and property.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as well as a strong background in security protocols and procedures. They must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
• Monitor surveillance systems to ensure the safety of personnel and property
• Respond to alarms or emergency situations quickly and efficiently
• Investigate suspicious activities or occurrences reported by staff or visitors
• Oversee security personnel including guards, monitoring personnel, etc.
• Train staff on security procedures or protocols
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when appropriate

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a security role required • Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures required • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations required • Excellent communication skills required • Ability to work independently required • Must be willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi
