We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate to fill in the role of Manager in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our business and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. They should also demonstrate an understanding of business strategy and how to implement it effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee operational policies and procedures
• Monitor performance metrics
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Manage team members, delegating tasks as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that operations run smoothly
• Monitor expenditure against budget
• Provide leadership, guidance, motivation, training, and support to team members
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
• Proven track record of success in a managerial role
• Experience working in an international environment preferred but not required • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving abilities • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus • Must be willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi if necessary

Salary: 900 AED/Month
